Cuketa a obří fazole primavera

I was skeptical about lentil pasta but the casarecce actually holds the sauce really well, no mushy texture at all. The veggies stay bright and it doesn't taste like a sad frozen dinner, which is what I expected. Genuinely impressed.

The cauliflow... whatever that herby sauce is, it clings to every twist of the casarecce perfectly. I added a squeeze of lemon and ate the whole box standing at the counter. Genuinely the best thing I've pulled from my pantry this month.

I expected the yellow lentil casarecce to taste like health food, but it's genuinely good pasta—the twisty shape holds onto the herby sauce really well. Even my veggie-skeptical husband cleaned his bowl.
