The peach comes through first, then the berries hit right behind it, and it never tastes chalky like some others I've tried. I've been grabbing one for breakfast on my drive to work and it actually keeps me full until lunch.
The flax seeds and oats give this a creamier texture than the thin smoothies I used to blend myself, and the peach actually comes through instead of hiding behind the berries. I've been drinking one on the drive to work and it holds me until lunch.
The texture from those oats and flax seeds is what sold me—it's creamy without being heavy, and the strawberry-peach combo tastes like a fresh mix rather than something processed. I've been having one for breakfast and it actually keeps me full until lunch.
