The creamy tomato and red pepper sauce actually clings to the sedani instead of pooling at the bottom of the bowl, which I wasn't expecting from a gluten-free pasta. It eats light enough that I finished the whole plate without that heavy feeling. Grabbed the 6-pack since it's being discontinued.
The sedani pasta holds the sauce way better than regular gluten-free noodles I've tried, and the red pepper gives it a nice little kick without being spicy. Creamy but not heavy, which is rare for a vodka style sauce.
I’ve already bought two more packs so I don’t run out when it’s gone. The sauce is surprisingly creamy without feeling heavy, and the gluten-free sedani pasta holds up well even as leftovers the next day.
