蘋果肉桂

I was skeptical about a smoothie tasting like apple pie, but the coconut cream really does that melty vanilla ice cream thing. The cinnamon is warm without being overpowering, and it actually kept me full till lunch.

The toasted vanilla bean is what gets me—it keeps the apple from tasting too sharp, and the whole thing lands somewhere between a dessert and actual fruit. Blended with a frozen banana it came out thick enough to eat with a spoon.

I was worried the coconut cream would make this too heavy, but it's surprisingly light while still tasting rich. The spiced apple and cinnamon combo genuinely tastes like apple pie filling in a glass.
